This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Lifecycle Coordinator, joining our Employer of Record (EOR) Operations team. This position requires fluency (written and oral) in both English and one of the following languages - Polish, Dutch or German. As an empathetic problem-solver, the Lifecycle Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the organization and administration of the employee lifecycle.

This role involves leveraging HR technology to improve the employee experience, streamline operations, and drive data-driven decision-making; owning, optimizing, and expanding critical systems in a fast-paced environment. The HRIS Manager will ensure HR systems and data infrastructure are accurate, efficient, and set up for long-term success, supporting strategic objectives.
